Of cause you'll find them in private homes either. Often in combination with an audio multiroomsystem for individual music in any room of the house. Even where human life is at stake - in medical healthcare, e.g. as moving coils for respirators, WHD is at work. We have still not jet placed our speakers in the Universe to catch the sounds of the solar winds or the stars.
